Please contact Arianne as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. This page summarises the terms in the counselling agreement.
Session fee and payment
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and cost £60. Payment is due in advance, as agreed when the appointment is arranged.
Changing or cancelling a session
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. If you give less notice or do not attend, the session fee is normally not refunded. Arianne may make an exception for an emergency, particularly where this is not a repeated occurrence.
If Arianne needs to cancel, she will normally offer another appointment or agree a refund with you. The agreement explains that this is subject to reasonable notice, except in an emergency.
